are there winboxes that are not in dhcpd.leases or is it the extraneous cruft of old leases that are bothering you? for a quick report and a good start on whatever else you might wnat to do you can use the perl script at : http://sial.org/code/perl/scripts/dhcpd_report.pl.html I am sure there are other but this is the first one google turned up when you piqued my curiosity.
