What is the best method of setting up JabberD on Redhat?
I have got the source of JabberD, and am building that, but I had a thought that there may be a more "Redhat" way...
You can try this package (one of mine): http://www.dragonsdawn.net/ftp/dragonsdawn-packages/7.3/i386/jabber-1.4.2-2.i386.rpm
All you need to do is edit /etc/sysconfig/jabber and create an SSL cert:
cd /usr/share/ssl/certs make jabberd.pem chown jabber:jabber jabberd.pem
