Boot from your backup Linux boot floppy. You did make one of those????
If not, use the rescue mode from the installation disk and boot your working
Linux from the CD. Once that kernel is up, just rerun lilo. If you want,
add the Win95 partition to /etc/lilo.conf before running lilo. Then you
can boot either OS.
