I've resolved it. Some colleague say me to configure samba to access Wins service from the NT server.

We have a NT network with an NT 4.0 server and I want to access names of the NT computers from a linux computer. The NT 4.0 server doesn't have the dns service active and I doesn't want to active it because we prefer to use the dns from our ADSL connection. The NT server assigns IP's with dchp but the linux has a fixed ip. The linux computer is RedHat 9. Thanks in advance.
