Just in case you 4.2 guys didn't figure it out yet, the path to the
procps updates are wrong.
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/updates/5.0/i386/procps-1.2.7-0.i386.rpm should in
fact be
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/updates/4.2/i386/procps-1.2.7-0.i386.rpm
notice the 4.2 directory instead of 5.0.
the same mistake applies to procps-X11-1.2.7-0.i386.rpm
