Hi, I have a friend that is trying to change some settings on vsftpd. He wanted to change the listen port and download speed, so I told him to change listen_port and anon_max_rate in /etc/vsftpd.conf. That apparently didn't work. I didn't see the changes he made so I can say if they were correct, but is that the right file and correct settings to change for that?
