I haven't looked at CyberCalendar, but we've been using Calcium (
http://www.brownbearsoftware.com ) for quite a while and staff love it.
(I would probably have to pry it from their cold, dead hands if I wanted
to remove it!) We use it to schedule meeting rooms here, which may not
be what you have in mind.

Yes, it is commercial software but it's very reasonably priced ($600
buys you everything they offer, IIRC) and written in Perl so it can be
customized if you're so inclined.  Tech support is good and upgrading to
the next version is inexpensive as well.  Check out their website for a
customer list, demo calendar and documentation.  You can also check out
the link in my .sig to see what we do with it, although we're running a
slightly older version.  (Follow the link to "College Hill Library
