The CDROM is the first option in the boot order for the machine.
The machine try to read the CD and I receive an IO ERROR.
The CD is readable but it is not bootable in that server. In other machine it is bootable.

It would seem as if the bios in the server has been reset to disable booting from the CD-ROM. Try enabling the CD-ROM in the boot order for the machine.
