Boot first CD in "linux rescue" mode, don't enter your system with
chroot, mount your partitions somewhere manually. Note that rescue
mode provides a set of working tools. Replace the bad installed
packages with working versions. Decide yourself how to do it.
E.g. overwrite files manually or use rpm with --root path argument.
See "man rpm". Notice option --oldpackage.
