I like the ADTRAN XRT. There is a newer model out now with a similar but
different name. Go for an external modem unless you plan on keeping your PC on
all the time. Any POTS phones plugged into the modem's POTS port will only
work if the device is on.

RH 5.x includes Apache Web Server. Just install the RPM and have it execute ay
the appropriate runlevel. This was probably set up for you by default when you
installed the system. There are plenty of good Apache Web Server books. Try
O'reilly and Associates. They are bound to have something.

For external ISDN there really isn't much to beyond what you do for any ppp
connection.
IP Masquerading is covered pretty well in the HOWTOs. Also look for the
dotfile Generator and its ipfwadm module. It will help you generate the
necessary script for IP Masq.
