I have RH9 server running Squid, without nat or iptables. My clients can access ftp pages using a browser, but dont using ftp clients for Windows (LeechFTP).
What is the easier way to let them access ftp using ftp clients?
The easiest way would be to add NAT for non HTTP services. Only applications specifically written to support proxy servers will work with the setup you've created. If you want to support the rest of the applications your users are using, you'll need NAT.
