If by that you mean you need to save mail separately from the mail itself
or decode/extract attachments, AND are willing to do so in Xwindows, try
XFMail. Just started using it yesterday and fell in love.
Still needs a little work in some minor areas (sending a URL to Netscape,
for instance [or maybe I just haven't tweaked it right yet] and doing a
double-click on a message doesn't always open it the first try) but, it
basically reminds me somewhat of Eudora and Pegasus in LoseDoze and can be
set up to do the above named functions.
Mime-types can be added as needed.
