We have one of these also, though I'm running RedHat AS 2.1.  I'm seeing 
the same thing, and it was unnerving until I realised that I *should* be 
seeing 4 CPUs!  If I understand it correctly, the new Pentiums have 
something called "hyper-threading", which makes each CPU act as if it were 
two, to get better utilization.  The newer kernels are able to take 
advantage of this, and it increases your performance considerably.  Or, at 
least, the simple tests I did with 'top' and such sure seemed to say so.
