I have a rh9 installed on a server that runs a forum (phpbb) and I need to use local translation (romanian). The thing is that I can't see special caracters like â and such... I understand that I have to modify the settings for mysql and maybe apache, but I don't know how to modify and what should I modify in mysql. Some help?
