before i have successfully installed on rh 7.3 &  8.0
on the same server... the directory organization is
/data/RedHat/RPMS and /data/RedHat/base... 

the installation problem occured when it trying to
read      packages informantion... i mean the ftp knew
../base directory on the server... before it could
read  ../base/netstg2.msg.
