Hello I'm looking for a tool to develop some SOHO apps basically those apps should have to work under linux and windows, mac if possible they will be either single-user or networked (mainly by accessing a *sql server) I wish the tool to handle project files, builds, gui design (bonus : database access) I wish it to allow different languages The IDE itself should run under linux, windows is a bonus for the moment my preference goes to perl, Tk, postgresql
I looked at : WideStudio, looks great but part of the documentation is still in japanese Vtcl, vtk, great too, handles mainly tcl which i don't know (maybe worse learning ?)
