Hi Michael,
Took a quick look at the script on a RH9 system and
it is parsing ipchains/iptables information when it runs
into problems. You don't mention what version of Redhat
you're running but perhaps you've recently upgraded or
reconfigured your firewall rules? As a first step, make
sure you have the latest version of the logwatch and
iptables packages for your system.
