If its eating up 30% of a nic, it should show up near the top of the
process list - use top  .
Could also use /usr/sbin/lsof to see which process is using up all the
net resources.
I'm sure there are some nice graphical packages out there to do this, I
just haven't had a need to look for such a beast. Always check out
freshmeat.net for cool neat-o things.
