Define crash... is the process still running? but not working? Or does
the process disappear?  If the process disappears it's a rather simple
shll script to run to see if a process is running and if not start one,
throw it in the cron to run the script every 5 minutes, and you're
done.  Maximum of 5 minutes downtime...
