The main reasons I was considering System Commander was because I need to
repartition the drive without destroying the data and I may need to add
another OS (Win95) at a later date. I have never used NT before and am not
familiar with the boot loader. It may be possible to add Win95 through the
boot loader as well, but I don't know. I'm sure someone can clear this up
for me. 

I'm sure a tutorial would be very helpful.
