Setting Up Internet Access

I installed RedHat Linux 8.0 on my computer several months ago, but haven't had time, until recently to do much with it. I'd like to get started setting up internet access on my RedHat box, but I'm not sure which modem to get for the computer. I have Linux set up on a:       128M RAM     10G HD   Should I get an external or internal modem. If I have to d/l drivers for the modem, I'll have to copy them from my MAC (iBook), an dthen install them. Please provide some good URL's for this. Thank you.   Andre---
