Sorry, I'm being dense and didn't see the error in your output.
I did the following on my Shrike boxen
[EMAIL PROTECTED] kgmorse]$ find /lib/modules/ -iname "*cdc*"
/lib/modules/2.4.20-8/kernel/drivers/usb/CDCEther.o
I wonder if the module name changed to the above?
alias eth0 CDCEther
