Hi Harold,

I don't think there is any how to on that.  What are you needing to know 
exactly?  Or you needing to know the pin out for the wiring?  If so here 
is what I have always used:

Pin No.        Strand Color           
1                    white & orange
2                    orange
3                    white & green
4                    blue
5                    white & blue
6                    green
7                    white & brown
8                    brown
