It appears as if you created a dos extended partition (I don't believe PM can
create linux partitions) instead of a _non-dos_ partition (which is what linux
would expect).  Take a look at fdisk in dos.  If hda3 is an ext dos partition,
delete it,  then start the RH install again and let Disk Druid create the
necessary partitions for you.
