Hi all,
I'd like some tips and pointers to the following:
I'd like to add a 1GB SCSI disk and zip drive to my system and expand my root
directory onto the HD. I have an Adaptec 1540 controller card.
1)Drivers and/or kernel modules to recognize the card?
2)Settings in fstab or changes in fdisk to expand my / mount point?
The point of this is to get more drive space for the 6.1 upgrade (/ is 500MB
and 93% used, upgrade wants another 780MB) and use that zip disk that's lying
around. ;-)
I'd like to add another NIC card and bind multiple IP addresses to it. I've
seen the ifconfig command but if someone might post an example of binding
multiple addresses on a particular interface that would be great.
The point of this is to bind my extra IP addresses onto the other NIC... (side
note: does this require recompiling PortSentry?)
