Hello, I am experiencing problems with a 3com 3c905b and Redhat 5.2 1. checked with /var/log/messages 2. run the hwdiag program 3. dmesg Point 1 and 3 point to the required irq as being 5 base io as 0xe000. The hwdiag program refers to the card as having irq 10. Can anyone explain the reason(s) why these results differ?
