Use mkhybrid to make a CD image, then use cdrecord to actually transfer
the image to a CD.

Works great, makes beautiful CDs for use on Macs or PCs or both.

Get mkhybrid from ftp://ftp.ge.ucl.ac.uk/pub/mkhfs/
