I am trying to enable router discovery in gated. I'm getting an error
from gdc at the word "routerdiscovery (len 15)" or something similar. I
know that gated is working because I can run RIP and OSPF on it just fine.
Right now I'm just trolling for the stupid configuration mistake I must be
making.
My gated.conf is "routerdiscovery client yes ;". The way I read the
manuals, this should work, but now I'm thinking that there must be another
parameter that LOOKS optional that is really mandantory.
I'm running 6.0 on a 586/60 (IBM 8640), 3Com NIC, Adaptec SCSI. If I'm
wrong and what I'm doing really should work, then I can post more info.
