Upgrading to Redhat 6.1

Hi, everybody:

One stupid question.

Previously I installed redhat 6.0(hda3)  and winnt (hda1), they works well, and now I 
want to upgrade redhat 6.0 to redhat 6.1(ftp download). But the setup program can only 
upgrade redhat installation on hda1 and locks up after a message "invalid ext2 fs on 
hda1".

Anybody know how to direct the installer to hda3?
