Slow Printing

I am printing to a networked Brother MFC 4350. It is so slow I could make a pot
of coffee while waiting for output. I have unsuccessfully tried to find a driver
for this printer. Any one have any ideas how I can speed this up? It is very
fast when using a Winblows box.
