Allocating more than 32Mb of Shared Memory

Hi,
How can I allocate 64 Mb of shared memory on a P3 450Mhz with 1Gb of RAM.
My kernel version is 2.2.13.
The SHMMAX constant is of 32Mb only!!! Allocating 33Mb signals an error.
