Software RAID

Just a quick question.  Does RedHat come with any type
of software RAID program?  If not, IS there a software
RAID package for Linux?  I'd prefer to use hardware
but can't fork out the dosh for a decent RAID controller.
And i spose software is better than nothing.  I've used
Virtual Disk Manager under SCO and wanted something
similar.
