Hi all,
Been away some time (upgraded hardware was not compatible with older
Linux, finally upgraded yesterday to RH6.1). I've forgotten a lot!
Tried to setup my internet connection. Using the RH Dialup Wizard and
the Control Panel network settings I was able to get my ISP to connect
alright, but Netscape keeps telling me it can't find the addresses,
seems to be unable to locate the name server. What did I forget? The
other peculiar thing (that may be related) is that if I click on
connect for the ppp0 in the Control Panel network settings it does not
dial up and connect. Have to use the RH Dialer instead. But clicking
disconnect in the CP network settings does disconnect! Any ideas?
