easyfw/ipchains

Question:

I have gotten IPCHAINS to work from inside to the internet. now I am trying to
get it to work from out to in.

My real IP is 24.93.92.4 ... my internal web/mail/ftp server is 192.168.1.30 ,
anybody know how to get it to work?
