I've got it working through plain RH5.0, 5.2 and 6.0 masquerade
firewalls with no problems or additional modules. I've also run it over
Free/SWAN IPSec with no changes.
I must admit that I've not tried restricting the outgoing ports through
masquerade access.
There is a VNC mailing list where you can probably get more specific
