MRTG has a way to graph this. its using a product called mailstats ( tar:
php-mailstats-0.5.5.tar.gz ) I'm not sure if there are RPM's available for
it. But basically, it opens a special port on the machine that you connect
to from your MRTG box and collect the data from there.
