I have a situation where logins to the machine are not allowed for
many, so they have a /bin/false as their shell. But, they are allowed
to do ftp logins, but with the shell set to /bin/false, the login is denied.

What needs to be done to allow ftp user logins, but ban normal logins?

Thanks.
