just curious. i am looking at xosview and when i open an application, memory is taken up which is usual. now, when i close the app, the memory isn't released. is this right? don't know too much about memory and linux. if someone knows how to flush the memory or even if i need to, let me know. also, i looked around for how-to's on memory but didn't find one. anybody got any links regarding memory and linux? matt __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
