It means that this program 'cscmail' is looking for a perl module called
Gtk::XmHTML. I checked, and it does not belong to Gtk-Perl, so I can't
help you identify the package to install.

At any rate, you need this perl module. the only other thing that could be
wrong is that you have it, and it cannot find it. If you can find it using
'locate XmHTML.pm' then you have a problem with you perl include path.
