Jake,
If you created a boot disk when you made the install, you can boot off of
it and install LILO without re-installing. (You can also do it from the
install disk, but it is harder.) You will want to install it to the root
partition, and not the master boot record so you can use pqboot. If you
deside to go the re-install route, pick upgrade, and you can save
yourself a lot of work.
