I can't connect to postgresql
Connect to database 'user' failed:Connection refused
connectDB()--connect() failed Connection refused
Is the postmaster running at 'localhost' and accepting connections
at UNIX socket 5432 ?
How do I fix this ?
I started reading the html docs and it didn't give me advice.
