We just recently installed it for one of our clients.  The installation
was quite easy, though they don't have a lot of information on how to
make the server run automatically on reboot... see the online mailing
list archives at lotus.com to find a couple of good mechanisms.  And
the linux-specific documentation is kind of sparse.  BUT, it works, and
was pretty straightforward to install and set up.  We're not Notes
experts, so we had a few problems that were solved by bringing a Notes
guy in.  I would have liked it if they had told us that in the manuals,
but they just said "At this point, it's a standard Notes install..."
