route del x.x.x.x  <---- ip address of offending interface :-)

If these were unintentionally put in, you can always just reboot or do
a /etc/rc.d/init.d/network restart to put it back in order.  If these
are being inserted automatically, then you have a different problem
and they'll return when you reboot.
