starting procs remotely

umm , is there any way to start a proc(like ssh) remotely??
im at work , and need to get into my box at home , but I forgot to start my
ssh(even tho I am sure I had set it to auto start)
I can get in via ftp, and I might of allowed the linuxconf via http, but I
have no idea how to do the linuxconf via http.
so, is there any way to start a proc(like ssh) remotely??
