Small install of RH 6.2 on a 504 MB drive

Hi all:

Installing RH 6.2 to run natively and alone on a small hard drive.
Any advice appreciated to do a small install on a 504 MB hard drive.

Question whether to do a custom install and specify partitions and partition
sizes or let RH 6.2 fill to fit.

Would like to have room for very basic command interface stuff and Gnome
ideally.
