IP Address Blocks

Okay, don't quite understand the math here. Maybe someone can shed
some light:

Bought a block of IP's. What IP addresses do I have?

64.184.117.0/28 netmask of 255.255.255.240

Exactly which IP's do I own? Can someone either spell it out for me
or maybe send me to a website that can? Thanks.
