Hummm....nope it's not just you. I suspect most people ignore it.
However, I notice this on three of my machines. You stated "after
recompile" in your reply below. I didn't recompile my kernels. This is
the stock errata kernel's supplied by Red Hat for
http://www.redhat.com/support/errata/RHSA-2000-037-05.html . I have
this on 2 6.1 machines and 1 6.2 machine. I notice nothing unusual in
the errata statement about doing anything special. 

When I issue on my 6.1 machine: 

depmod -e /lib/modules/2.2.16-3/misc/emu10k1.o

This is returned.

  I noted this in both the 2.2.14-5.0 and the 2.2.16-3 kernels after
recompile.  I cannot vouch as to whether it was present before but at
least it was not noted.  It does not seem to affect the machines in
which RH 6.2 is installed (db server and masquerade server), but I too
have been wondering if I was the only person who noted this behavior. 
If RH is reading the mail they might want to clean up the store bought
distro that I am running.
