this command should start by telling you that S5 isn't installed... I'm
not getting into specifics of why.. refer to the following:
rpm -yp * <--this will verify all packages (by filename) in the current
directory
rpm -yp /* <--same deal but it will check / (which should contain only
the base directories)
rpm -y * <--will translate filenames as installed package names.. not
what you want
rpm -y /* <--you get the point by now
