The kernel source is in available in RPM format at
http://sunsite.utk.edu/ftp/pub/linux/redhat/redhat/redhat-7.0/i386/en/RedHat
/RPMS/kernel-source-2.2.16-22.i386.rpm.  It is also on the first CD-ROM.
