Hi All, anyone running Oracle 8.1.6 on RH7.0? I am getting a ORA-3113 error when attempting to start SVRMGRL I did not rebuild the kernel with the modifications for shared memory and semaphores, I have found in the past that Oracle installed and ran fine without doing this.
